RiceTec, Inc. Joins as New Sponsor for Rice Leadership Development Program

AR — Rice Foundation Chairman, Marvin Hare Jr.
announced today that RiceTec, Inc. of Alvin, TX,
joins John Deere and Syngenta as a sponsor of the
Rice Leadership Development Program. RiceTec’s
sponsorship will help expand the leadership skills of
future rice industry leaders through the
implementation of a one-week international training
session with focus on world rice production and
trade.
Approximately one-half of U.S. rice production is exported annually, thereby necessitating a broad understanding of international markets and production systems to better equip rice industry leaders to execute future leadership roles.
