Arkansas Rice Federation executive director Ben Noble and Chef Lee Richardson of the Capital Hotel promoted the 20th anniversary of National Rice Month with appearances on all three local television stations in Little Rock on September 1, 2010. Pre-Heat oven to 350° F. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat the eggs and buttermilk in another mixing bowl. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and allow the mixture to soak for 5-10 minutes. Bake in a greased pan at 350° F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
